1. I am an investor looking for investments. How do I get started?
We offer a no fee consultation which allows us to go over the different investment opportunities we offer and to better understand our client's needs. We have several investment opportunities available in several different industries. After our free consultation we will decide on what will be the best investment for you.
2. I have an idea for a company but do not have the liquidity needed to start. What all do I need to get started?
We have several different programs available to help you with this. If you have a business plan, submit it to us for review. This gives us the opportunity to make sure your business plan is as attractive as possible to potential investors. If there are areas of the business plan which need improvement we will assist you with this as well.
3. How can I get help writing my business plan?
Petra provides assistance to clients with their business plan. Typical services include:
- Full length, professional business plans for angel investors or private equity investors
- Summarized business plans to present your vision and business concept to potential partners or investors
- Bank-ready business plans for traditional lenders or SBA lenders
4. I want to start a business. What do I need to do first?
We can walk you through this process with registering your company, writing your business plan, setting up your D&B file, and finding potential investors to fund your project.
5. Am I credit worthy?
All loans are not solely based upon your credit worthiness. For those which are, lenders use the information held by the 3 main credit reference agencies as part of their application procedures, but other considerations are also taken into account. All organizations have their own internal policy on lending and only they can make a decision about whether or not to accept your application.
